Taking over the former Beso space in the heart of Tinsel City’s Blvd of Stars, nestled at the corner of Ivar and Hollywood Blvd., is an elevated new concept of supper club with MainRowhich opened its doors on Friday February 25. Conceptualized by a hospitality connoisseur Roman Zago with his partner Michael K., who created and designed the space with the Italian architect Gianni Ranaulo, rules from top Miami Beach destinations Mynt Lounge and Myn you. MainRo takes an innovative approach to ushering in a new era of nightlife by meticulously blending dining, cocktails and theater under one roof to make a night out unforgettable at one destination.
Take a step into LA’s most technologically advanced dining and entertainment facility, MainRo. The lavish new 7,500 square foot contemporary space is built with ultra-superior attention to detail. Diners enter the venue, stop at the main lounge bar and enjoy a drink at the fully stocked counter where they can have whatever their heart desires. Admire the draped hues of blue depicting a drop of water taking a focal point on supper club walls as design inspiration. The sprawling space is adorned with 16 triangle-shaped chandeliers outfitted with ultra 4K digital mapped screens that move independently throughout the evening. Luxurious blue velvet cabins and lounge seats embellish the furnishings of the supper club in connection with the artistic idea of the club. Electronic dining tables decorate the space and quickly transition from dining to nightlife with a simple touch. MainRo’s walls are accented with reflective panels housing ultra 4K screens to create impressive, fully immersive cutting-edge lighting and visuals paired with world-class dining and entertainment. The MainRo scene takes center stage as Zago’s masterpiece. An ornate double staircase outfitted with ultra 4K screens at each step illuminates the artwork that will spin resident DJs from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
MainRo’s culinary concept takes a modern approach with local ingredients and premium imported meats blending bold French, Japanese and Vietnamese flavors that will indulge the senses with exciting flavors and envy-worthy dishes. The shared plate concept will offer a cache of starters, caviar, platters, soups, sushi, entrees, prime steaks, Japanese Wagyu and vegetarian dishes to create an array of options for all the palaces. Zago’s favorite dishes are noted with a Ó on the menu, including Crispy Rice Caviar, Creamy Rock Shrimp, Hamachi Jalapeno, Truffle Wagyu Bites, Colorado Rack of Lamb, and Wagyu Beef with hot stones. Other menu highlights include a day-aged 36oz. bone-in tomahawk steak served with signature sauces, den miso sea bass, seared Chilean sea bass with caramelized miso sauce, and Wagyu beef carpaccio served with thinly sliced sashimi beef that has been seared with olive oil hot and sesame seeds. Seating for the supper club dinner will be available in multiple sittings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. followed by a second round of dinner and entertainment from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Guests will experience a show like no other, an artistic show that mixes live musical acts and performances throughout the evening, consider an interactive dance party with musical arrangements and DJs.

Tea, an accessible libation of Earl Gray-infused Belvedere vodka, lemon pear, honey, egg white and caraway served in a martini glass. MainRo’s first cocktail dubbed by the name of the supper club, MainRoperfectly blends Hennessy XO, Clase Azul Reposado, passion fruit, pernod, dulce de coco leche and lime.
